What is your cancellation policy?

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking with no charge if you do so at least 4 days before the scheduled date.

Date changes: You may change the date of your workshop or gathering at no cost prior to the event (plus differences in events). For partnered workshops, we follow the artist's policies.

Cancellation Within 4 days: If you cancel within 4 days of the event, no refunds will be given. Partnered workshops are excluded. There will be no refunds given if cancelled within 4 days

No Refund or Date Changes After the Event: We are unable to provide refunds or accommodate date changes once the workshop or gathering has taken place.

Partnered Workshop/ Gatherings: No refund for partnered workshops or gatherings since this is a payout that will be issued to the artist themselves.

(For silkscreen) Please note that there will be no refunds if we do not receive an image before the workshop for us to prep. An email will be sent to remind participants of deadlines
*Please note that no credit will be issued for showing up late*

What is your cancellation policy for space rentals?
All space rentals will require a 50% non-refundable payment in order to reserve a time frame. The deposit will not be returned if the event is cancelled. Rescheduling is available with no fee first time, and additional $100 after.
